  I recently gave birth to my first baby at Good Samaritan and had a wonderful experience. The nurses and doctors took excellent care of my son, husband, and me the entire time we were there. They listen to your wants and needs for your birth and are understanding and supportive about your choices. I will definitely choose Good Samaritan in the future.

  Went in for a broken ankle @ 4am. The nurses in the ER basically let me sit in my own pee and fed me tylonol until the next shift came on. The next shift actually ordered my x-rays, gave me pain killers, and changed my bed for me. Never met my surgeon. I don't even know what in the hell the did to my ankle while they were operating on it. Then I was released and said we'll see you in a month. A month? Seriously? I want a second opinion.

  My mom got transferred here from Lutheran. It was like we went from a Motel 8 to the Ritz Carleton. This is the nicest and cleanest hospital that I've been to. The staff are very kind and caring.

  Post neck/back surgical repair, I was in this facility for 3 days. Most nurses were very attentive, and helpful. One nurse in particular had a very bad attitude toward me from the get go. "Punished" me in various ways, food, bathroom privileges, etc. Had to call the hospital twice and ask for nurses station to get her to answer patients call button from across the hall, that buzzed on two separate occasions for more than ten minutes. Had a morphine drip, and she forced me to sign a form that I would not call the outside line again. I was actually afraid of her. Very poor experience. I tried to share my experience with management the day of my release, but they were too busy. Called twice, but calls not returned. Never could get staff (management) to listen to my concerns. Really should have gone to a lawyer.
